Connect to the internet and open Settings → Restore purchases. Sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase if asked. Use Refresh purchases to run the restore check again. Eligible permanent purchases such as No Ads and the Novice Bundle can be restored. Consumable credit packs are not granted again by restoring.
In Restore purchases, use the optional Game Center or Play Games recovery button to protect the purchased wallet. Earned credits and mission progress stay on your device. Do not delete the game or reset data to troubleshoot a purchase; contact us first if the balance is missing.
Refund eligibility and approval are decided by Apple or Google. For Apple purchases, visit Apple’s purchase and refund support. For Google Play, use Google Play’s refund instructions. A refunded purchase can remove its credits or permanent ownership. If refunded credits were already spent, the game shows a shortfall and explains how later purchased credits will first settle that shortfall.
Open Settings → Restore purchases → Delete account and confirm only after reading the warning. This permanently removes the game account, purchased balance, recovery link and local progress on the current device. It does not refund store payments or delete your Apple or Google account. If deletion is interrupted, reconnect and tap Retry connection. Contact support if you cannot finish or access your account.
On iOS, open Settings → Privacy & terms to change advertising choices or read the privacy policy. No Ads removes automatic ads; optional ads for rewards remain available when permitted and ready. After withdrawing ad permission, close and reopen the game to stop the previously started advertising service completely.
